ME AND MINE

Only one point has to be understood by you, that I am not this body. You say "this watch is mine", but you do not say "I am the watch". But when it comes to this body, you say - "this body is mine", but you also say "I am this body". "I am this body", this is the "abhed bhaav" (absence of any distintion, unbreakable, impenetrable, unshakable, undivided identity). And when you say - "this body is mine" is a "bhed baah" (distinction, discrimination) . You should say one or the other, whether you call it undivided entity or distinct entity. But to call the same body as "me" as well as "mine" is a mistake
